Reservations and Payment
All rental charges must be paid in full at the time of booking. Prices are based on a daily 24hr rate. Government issued valid photo ID (driver's license or passport) must be shown when picking up all rentals.
Pick-Up and Returns
Choose your preferred pick-up and return time directly during the booking process, which are limited to our retail store operating hours. Simply select the date and time that works best for you, and we’ll ensure your rental is ready when you are. Pick-up and return your equipment in-store. Our address is 13101 20th Ave Blairmore, AB.
Cancellations and Changes
Reservations can be changed or cancelled for a full refund if the store is notified more than 7 days before the pick-up date. If reservations are cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice, then 50% of the rental fee will be processed. On the day of the rental pick-up, there will be no refunds. For a late pick-up, please notify the store to keep the rental reservation. In the event that we must cancel your reservation due to equipment unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your convenience.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required for all rentals and will be processed as a pre-authorization on the credit card used for booking at the time of pick-up. The amount of the security deposit is listed in your cart and at checkout. This pre-authorization will not be charged unless the equipment is damaged, lost, or not returned as agreed. Once the rental equipment is returned in satisfactory condition, the pre-authorization will be released. Please note that the release may take several business days, depending on your bank's processing times. If damage, late fees, or loss occurs, the appropriate charges will be deducted from the pre-authorization or invoiced separately.
Late, Damaged or Lost Equipment
Late rental returns will be charged double the daily rate for each day late. All rental equipment must be returned clean and dry and in the same working condition that it was in when it was picked up. If the equipment returned is damaged, needs repair or requires cleaning, the costs to repair and/or clean will be the responsibility of the renter. Up to the full retail value will be charged for all rental equipment that is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
Liability Waiver
By renting equipment from us, you acknowledge and agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the equipment. You are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of pick-up, which releases us from any responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damage to persons or property that may occur during the rental period. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit to use the equipment and to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided with the rental.
Equipment Purchase Discount
We’re not only here to rent equipment but to help you find the best gear! If you decide to purchase any new equipment from our store, the full rental fee paid for your rental will be credited toward the purchase price, up to a maximum of $250. This offer applies to full-priced equipment of similar type and value and must be used within 14 days of the rental return. For more information, please ask our staff or contact us.
